The Tourism Business Council of South Africa says it is possible that there are irregular payments that were paid by the tourism relief fund to dead tour guides.TBSA President Tshifhiwa Tshivhengwa says an investigation has been launched. Tshivhengwa says “It is possible that there are people who have died while they were receiving some money or have received some batches of payments into their accounts. And also it is possible that there may be one or two people that may have committed fraud and received this money in the process of this application.”
