Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane has failed in her bid to have the Constitutional Court rescind its judgment related her findings about a R 500 000 donation to President Cyril Ramaphosa’s 2017 presidential campaign.

Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane addresses a media briefing.

Mkhwebane had argued that she had used a 2007 version of the code which referred to “deliberate and inadvertent” misleading, a claim dismissed by the apex court as implausible. In 2021, the judgment was scathing on Mkhwebane’s findings on donations made to Ramaphosa’s 2017 ANC presidential campaign.

They are well protecting him

Is she related to dali..? He also struggle to win case's

Any judiciary systematically is aligned to favour the ruling class. Who sent people to jail, Robben Island and who ruled in the Agget case if not the judiciary of the time We will be naive to think that judges are not human like the rest of us

We are not surprised by the verdict from the useless, cuptured constitutional corrupt court. We don't have any trust in the judges.

Judiciary is a dead organ of the law, did these judges actually study law or they were given the qualifications based on return on investment

Its not her that failed its the South African Public, the man admitted to have knowledge of our monies being used for CR17 campaign. But bcos he pays your bills, you celebrate the publics loss. Good thing Loadshedding dont spare white businesses, and soon the poor will eat d rich

Go and tell zuma that I try all but am not winning

It's was obvious. Ramaphosa wins all his cases under this corrupt judiciary.
