Sydney’s Crown Hotel in Surry Hills has been listed for sale as administrators look to sell the two remaining pubs of the Pub Invest fund, which is being wound up following a dispute between major shareholders and founder Damian Kelly.
HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe, Dan Dragicevich, Sam Handy and Blake Edward were appointed by administrators Wexted Advisory to sell the four venues on behalf of the fund’s unit holders.Mr Dragicevich said the Crown Hotel offered a compelling inner-city gaming opportunity to a would-be buyer.
