One thing is guaranteed: no matter what is in it Alberta will whine

Number 1 bankruptcy

Tax increases. More tax increases. Much more tax increases. And No savings No reduction in spending. No dismantling of unnecessary ministries and government pet projects. In short, a typical socialist budget where spending beyond one's means is the guiding principle.

It's a Liberal/NDP budget, more spending, moving further away from balance, lots of free $$ for votes, general wasting of money on meaningless virtue signaling such as the environment.

Interesting but not surprising is that Defence spending took its biggest hit in recent years under Harper's Conservative government despite their rhetoric.
