He was speaking to thousands of residents at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium, in Mangaung, during the Presidential Imbizo.

Residents have complained about poor service delivery with bad roads and water shortages, high crime, unemployment and jobs in their municipality.With over 24 Ministers visiting the province during the Imbizo, President Ramaphosa says this shows the seriousness with which his administration is taking their frustrations and the urgency needed to address them.

Residents say service delivery is almost non-existent with intermittent water cuts, roads in a state of disrepair and refusal taking weeks if not months.
