There are five other appeals which have been on hold pending the long-awaited decision from Europe in the case taken by Graham Dwyer, according to figures from the Courts Service. Six cases, which are all at Court of Appeal level and include Dwyer’s challenge, were awaiting the recent decision from the Court of Justice of the European Union on mobile phone metadata.€-EUR
