Canada's red-hot real estate market showed signs of cooling down in March as both the number of homes sold and the average selling price declined.

Oh and I have agents knocking my door almost daily begging me to sell my home. Inventory is very low thus creating this chaos for buyers. Glad to have taken the jump in real estate investment years ago.

Hahaha this must be a joke. Houses are still selling like hot cakes in Ottawa with bidding wars and I'm sure it's like this everywhere in Ontario.
