A San Antonio homebuilder has put his residence on the market for $1.6 million, and in addition to high-end features such as a gourmet kitchen and a climate-controlled wine cellar, it includes a floor-to-ceiling wall to house his $90,000 tequila collection.. While one potential buyer included some of the rare bottles in his bid, listing agent Miguel Herrera said that only includes a third or so of the collection.
The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath, Malibu-style property is being sold by Gerardo De Anda, who owns luxury home builder Nueva Developments LLC. It's served as De Anda's own residence since it was built last year. In addition to its formidable entertaining space, the 4,500-square-foot abode includes a gym, a sauna, a theater room and a pool overlooking the Hill Country around Camp Bullis.
