The European Union is preparing a sixth package of sanctions against Russia. It is expected to target Russian oil, as well as Russian and Belarusian banks. EU energy ministers are due to meet in Brussels tomorrow to discuss the issue.
And Asian, African countries will be rubbing their hands at all that cheap oil coming their way plus they won't have to pay for it with the dreaded dollar which is creating havoc with their currencies at this moment
