Speaking as a New Yorker from Rochester, andrewcuomo is awful and this deal sucks for New York State. He’s just like Trump, only a Democrat - blaming everyone else. ROC BUF SYR and all points in between will never see any benefit from this. Disgusted by what he has done.

Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t help thinking new State and local legislation would be a more effective means of ensuring a solution for their constituents than yelling. 😒
