Yields were declining as U.S. stocks appeared headed for another round of losses after the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA on Wednesday fell for a fifth straight session and the S&P 500 SPX ended at its lowest in more than 13 months. Yields remained lower after data showed the producer price index rose 0.5%, in line with forecasts. First-time jobless claims rose 1,000 to 203,000 last week, the Labor Department reported. Economists had expected a fall to 194,000.
