Texas Southern University Director of Aviation Aviation Science and Technology, Dr. Terence Fontaine, gives a tour of the lab as officials from United Airlines announced a partnership with Texas Southern University on the TSU campus, Wednesday, March 9, 2022 in Houston. The partnership includes a six-figure scholarship program and ongoing mentorship activities between United employees and students in TSU’s Aviation Science and Technology program, including the Professional Pilot concentration.

Republic Airways is based in Indianapolis and is the nation’s second-largest regional carrier, operating Embraer 170s and 175s for American, Delta and United.
