Court bid to stop Shell Wild Coast seismic survey begins by Tania Broughton, Daily Maverick May 30, 2022 The high court in Gqeberha will today [Monday] hear arguments in an application by environmental groups, local communities and small-scale fishers to review and set aside the decision by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy to award a seismic exploration right to Shell.
