Surgeons, priests and media friends: inside the fight to publish cosmetic investigation

When she Googled it, Cosmos in Double Bay came up. Some of the more risque posts have also gone. They include photos on Instagram posted by Cosmos of women in skimpy outfits wearing devil horns and labelled “#clientof cosmos babes getting their spook on”.
