Anything that will benefit him and his cabal, will always under go quick passage.

Anytime election dey come, na im una dey bring out this bill from corner like PDP umbrella, then dust the bill with APC broom, just to sample to win vote. We need good governance.. Make all of una go trowey that bill and vacate Aso Rock for better person and not Atiku
