We already helped businesses by decreasing the federal corporate income tax rate, from 35 percent to 21 percent. We should look into consumption tax/sales tax. No filing taxes = no tax credits, refunds, etc. etc. There has to be something better than what we already have.

More rushed misguided tax breaks. Maybe there is something worthwhile there, but why rush them through like the last one? The key question on whether a tax break should be considered is what the benefit is versus the cost? Also, what is the problem the bill is addressing?
