The use of robotic process automation technology is coming to an end, as its effectiveness to digitise businesses is limited.

RPA is software technology that makes it easy to build, deploy and manage software robots that emulate human actions interacting with digital systems and software. However, he noted that 80% of businesses globally say their automation and digitisation efforts have not given the returns they expected.
