Property developer and former boss of Trintech Cyril McGuire has secured three new tenants for his Trintech Building in Dublin 18

Photograph: Alex UrdanetaProperty developer, co-founder and former CEO of Trintech Group Plc, Cyril McGuire, has secured three new tenants for his Trintech Building in the South County Business Park development in Dublin 18.

Renewable energy company Codling Wind Park, printing company MemJet and aircraft leasing company Alliance Aviation have all agreed to new leases within the building ranging from 223sq m to 511sq m on lease terms from five to 10 years. Developed in the early 2000s, the Trintech Building comes to the letting market in walk-in condition following the recent completion of refurbishment works to its vacant space. The last-remaining office suites available to lease comprise the first floor extending to 501sq m and second floor extending to 198sq m .

John Cannon of BNP Paribas Real Estate, who acts as joint agent with JLL on behalf of the landlord, says: “The three recent lettings at the Trintech Building show that South County Business Park continues to be of Dublin’s most popular suburban business destinations. The addition of Mastercard’s European Innovation HQ and Microsoft to the scheme have raised its profile significantly.
