Here is a list of which businesses and official offices in the U.S. will be open or closed for the federal July 4 holiday.Walmart, Target, and Sam's Club will be open on July 4. Sam's Club will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Plus members and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Club members. Trader Joe's locations will be open until 5 p.mOther open retailers include Best Buy, Macy's, and Home Depot. For coffee cravers, Starbucks and Dunkin' will also be open.

All New York Public Libraries will be closed July 2, July 3 and July 4. Retailer Costco will be closed for the holiday.
