Musk, being one of the largest current shareholders, 1. But more shares when the price goes down this week. 2 sue for Twitter fraudulent SEC filings on number of users 3. Sell his current shares and move on. 4. Pay the break up fee and move on. 5. Buy Twitter and turn it around
Experts? Hahaha
'Experts'?
Don't you know? Elon is above the rules. He thinks so, anyway. That said, I don't want him owning Twitter.
I'm not Musk, never had billions/millions, if I did wouldn't buy twt. Too much diversity, wrong-think and dumb-think for me, but he might enjoy the challenge. I think he could do better. Like all tech, twt had a good run, something else is on the horizon now. Probably secession.
twitter is being sued by lots of people. Countries are working to change laws that will end their equivalent of sec230. So Musk is buying a huge piece of, 'I need all your attention,' caca. Free speech is great, but like Democracy, it doesn't work in Woke Nations.
He wants a lower price cause, bots. Looks like a bunch were removed. During this long process, no bots bad for ad rev$. More layoffs, stock falls. If he really wants out, the $1B can be negotiated down, but twt will want a hush up no bash clause, but the price has to be good.
Twitter desperate much?
Elon’s intelligence is far greater than given credit. This isn’t about buying Twitter, this is bigger than that. Goldman put a sell at 30, meaning their positioned against the stock. Can’t wait to watch this play out. elonmusk is playing chess.
Experts say you should trust experts
I haven't seen the contract, but if they did breach it then it won't be much of a contest.
Well, serves him right....
Does twitter really want to sell itself? As some of its employees were crying when the board decided to sell Twitter
This whole thing started with Twitter trying to prevent a takeover and ends with them trying to force one
Don't underestimate Musk
He has the upper hand...
