Depending on traffic lights, Alter says she can be there in five minutes and believes she shops all three grocery stores for different things. Sephora, Ulta, Five Below and Nordstrom Rack are regular stops for her family, which includes a 12-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son. If she wants to work out, she heads to the Barre Code studio at the intersection’s northeast corner.
