🤣🤣🤣🤣 one thing these interest rate lovers don't understand is that the stress test for the people buying now will be doubled or trippled. Causing them to still not afford houses. Congrats, you thrashed the market for absolutely no reason.

It’s going to get worse before it gets better -

Not enough!

Enjoy the snorkelling..

Good. The real estate market is totally ridiculous. Houses (including my own) are hugely over-valued. This, because apparently people have never seen this (?) was what was called a bubble. Bubbles burst. Smart people get out before they burst. The rest lose money. The end.

This is the correction we needed. It's a small step towards housing affordability. It's not nearly enough but its something.

Does it mean people who bought in May are net ok. Only people who bought after increase in interest rate are net losers.

It's not worth 200k.

Very concerning trend for those of us who rely on real estate income to survive. I know they are working hard already, but is there anything else the Feds can do to keep housing profitable? cdnpoli

News diversion and propaganda =CBC

Just saw a hilarious comment by Bill Smead blaming millennials for inflation becaus we put off buying things and now have entered the market at same time. But why were prices so high in the first place that we couldn't buy?

Build. Back. Better

One more step in Justin Trudeau's step to poverise Canadians.

Keep going..... can do better......

Tip of the iceberg. Wait until people start defaulting on their mortgages because of the massive interest rate hikes. Couple that with repressive Carbon taxes and inflation. We are in for a world of pain.

Don't sell a house right now?

The Trudeau effect on full display ..

Life is better in Canada!

*waiting in millennial*
