The city, which has a population of 680,000, recorded 31 infections on Friday. Since its latest outbreak that began June 18, the city has reported some 1,700 infections.

Outbreak? Daily cases on Friday affected .0000005% of the 680000 residents. On average over last 30 days was about 56 cases per day and Friday had 31. Grapping with cases cut in half? Great reporting.
