Isn’t past time to ban personal vehicles in Manhattan? Pubic transportation only, it would do good for the very wealthy to rub shoulders will the poor. You know, people making less than 400,000.00 😂

This was one of the few remaining upsides for yellow cabs vs ride hailing companies (Uber, Lyft, Juno) in NY that charge surge pricing during congestion.👎🚕
