Mayor Sebastian Duterte , together with Corado and Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation president Cecile Dominguez-Yujuico , Vice Mayor Jay Melchor Quitain Jr., Councilor Al Ryan Alejandre , Alsons Development assistant general manager for Business Units Group Jolla Soriaga and Kublai Millan, leads the cutting of the ribbon to mark the grand opening of the Poblacion Market Central in Davao City on Monday.
