The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. at a residence near North Flores and West Poplar streets, media reports said. The man ran into the La Michoacana meat market in the 1200 block of North Flores for help after he was shot.Police told reporters that the victim didn’t know the shooter and doesn’t know what led to the shooting.
