TV and radio host Jeremy Vine has said he is"amazed at how hard it is" to get social media companies to act in response to his jailed stalker's videos.
Former BBC local radio presenter Alex Belfield, 42, was sentenced to five years and 26 weeks last Friday after being found guilty of waging a campaignJurors accepted he caused serious alarm or distress to two victims and found him guilty of"simple" stalking in relation to Channel 5 and BBC Radio 2 presenter Mr Vine and theatre blogger Philip Dehany.
"So we went to YouTube and said: 'Come on, what is going on with this guy? You can't allow him to just defame'. "And then we said: 'OK, there is a libel action now based on that video, that video, that video' - they still won't take them down. "Eventually I have to go through a lawyer, they take down individual videos, and then when he is convicted they demonetise him. But half the videos about me are still up there.
Vine is a NONCE
I guess it is called freedom of speech.
Vine and all the c***s from the last few years are not forgotten.. Time to go quietly..
Coming from a man who's whole radio show is about engendering conflict between contributors.
How do I watch the videos? I want to see what went off. Very curious.
I have no idea whatsoever what this is about ...
He’s such a wet wipe
I think Jeremy vine should thank his lucky stars ⭐️ he’s got a job , then say thanks he’s on tv 📺, truly most lying broadcaster I’ve ever heard , let’s all hope he gets the sack soon !
Lack of values in the entertainment industry one man band PLC's abound for staters.
