Dallas-based Trinsic Residential Group appears to be planning to launch a $50 million second phase of a multifamily project in Lewisville.
The upcoming development is located at the southeast corner of SH 121 and FM 544 and will total 300 units on build-out, according to documents submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The project was filed under the name Aura Crown Centre Phase 2. The project will total about 460,700 square feet and include a five-story wood-framed building wrapped around a parking garage. The apartment complex is scheduled to break ground in November and deliver late in 2024.
Trinsic did not respond to a request for comment by publication time. The ownership of the project is listed as Trinsic Acquisition Company, and the owner’s address matches that of Trinsic’s headquarters. The firm has another project listed on its website named Aura Crown Centre. That project is a five-story wood-framed construction wrap with a structured parking garage and is expected to open in Q4 this year. The upcoming phase appears to be within the same vicinity as the existing development.
