The lease is the latest for the massive logistics center, which spans nearly 2 million square feet of industrial space.

Holiday event producer Enchant Christmas has leased more than 100,000 square feet at Oakley’s Contra Costa Logistics Center.

The Dallas-based company signed on to take 103,049 square feet in the center’s Building Three at 4300 Wilbur Ave. in Oakley, real estate services firm CBRE announced Friday. The larger Contra Costa Logistics Center spans nearly 2 million square feet of Class A industrial space across five buildings. Enchant COO Jerry Nadal said the company is “experiencing a major business expansion” and that the Oakley facility would grant it year-round access to its growing inventory of production resources. Enchant expects to occupy the space in the fourth quarter of this year, per CBRE, which declined to disclose terms of the lease.

CBRE’s Greg Smyth, John Salamida and Jon Casella represented Enchant; Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooks Pedder, Tony Binswanger and John McManus represented owner NorthPoint Development. NorthPoint received approval for the center in late 2019 and began work on the project in early 2020.
