Coffee and cake sounds like the perfect combo 😍

When it comes to food and drink, Glasgow is spoiled for choice whether it's a new cafe or restaurant opening. However another popular market in the east of the city is now set to welcome a coffee trailer as well as some pretty stunning bakes too.Taking to Instagram to announce that they will be the latest to join other local businesses, Roam Coffee said they would now be setting up shop at the Barras Market, located just off London Road.

Talking about their sustainability on their website - something the Barras is passionate about - Roam Coffee writes: "We believe that a good cup of coffee shouldn't cost the earth, and we know that small businesses like ours have an opportunity and responsibility to reduce our environmental impact. The email update arrives at around 7pm every Thursday evening and is manually curated by our team, bringing you everything you need to know about the city's food and drink scene as lockdown starts to ease."We have spent time researching the best possible suppliers, prioritising local companies whose vision aligns with ours, and we are pleased to be able to serve you fantastic coffee in cups which are made entirely from plants.
