Customers of Virgin Media remain frustrated weeks after first being left without any internet, with many still WiFi-less despite the company remaining adamant that no fault exists.

"I asked if they had no one else complaining in the area and they said no, which I don't believe because I've seen about four posts on Facebook with people complaining. It does only seem to be one side of the village though, as my sister lives on the other end, near the Ship Inn pub and she's having no problems.
Isn't the root of the problem that Virgin don't actually own any infrastructure?
