Williams has been with Prospera since 2007. Before her promotion, Williams served as the firm's COO, a role she will continue to hold. She has held management positions in financial operations, risk management, recruiting and marketing throughout her career. "I'm honored, humbled and excited to assume this new position," Williams said in the release."As we work to cement our reputation as the best-in-class for boutique independent firms, our leadership team will never lose sight of what Prospera so special, our community of advisors and employees.
