One unit has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and the other has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

There’s a home down a cobblestone road that’s perched into the side of a cliff, giving it protected views of the Hudson River and the New York City skyline. It’s a seven bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom brick contemporary that’s split into upper and lower units.

No homes on this block have gone up for sale in the past decade. “There’s nothing on the market like it,” said Mirjana Lambasa, the listing agent who is with Royal Signature Realty. “It has complete peace and privacy.” The 6,500-square-foot, four-story home can be used as a single family or two-family. It’s currently a non-conforming two-family that’s grandfathered in. It can legally be rented as a two-family, Lambasa said, but if it were to be knocked down it could not be replaced with a multi-family home.

The bottom floor unit is 2,800-square-feet with with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, an open concept kitchen and dining room and two wood burning fireplaces.
