I was going to vote Herman and his interpretation of Dischem issue has me going back to drawing board. I’m all for merit hiring - but he missed the point in this issue. There are plenty Black people more qualified than whites - and they should get the opportunity to be hired!!!!

This would only make sense if the system was not rigged against black people. I could be wrong but the system remains biased against highly qualified and competent black graduates. A white matriculant has better chances of employment, even if the black graduate has better marks.
