A two-bedroom Fitzroy terrace sold for $1.46 million, after being called on the market at $1.21 million.

Bidding for the property opened at $1.2 million, with the ultimate buyers making that first offer. A quick series of bids saw it called on the market at $1.21 million before Atkins brought down the hammer to sell at $1.46 million. The couple joined a Victorian terrace to their original home, a converted stable, in the early 1990s. Thornton, known for her roles in, and Burstall bought the stable for $30,000 in 1977.
