TD Bank recently celebrated the grand opening for the first of what it calls a community-centered branch.
The bank spent about $4.8 million to build out the call center and associated offices on Touchton Road. Community-centered spaces allow TD to create an environment where community leaders and individuals can come together to work on initiatives that create better sustainability or whatever the local market needs through strong community partnerships, the bank said.
Unique to the West Jacksonville buildout is a dedicated conference room to hold financial literacy seminars and workshops.
