Ex-Twitter engineer says he quit years ago after refusing to help sell identifiable user data, worries Elon Musk will 'do far worse things with data'

Krenzel said he worked with the data science team"to find a granularity" that would still"preserve anonymity even when combined with other sources of data."

After presenting an alternative, Krenzel said the telco company"didn't like it and were frustrated," as was Twitter's sales team. He said he was then asked to go to the telco's headquarters, and that"the subsequent request was absurd." Krenzel said he would never help sell"granular identifiable" user data, but Twitter's legal team told him the telco company's request was"fine" and that it didn't violate Twitter users' terms of service.

If he’s Elon does it then he’s breaking Twitter rules on consent. One of Twitter’a guidelines or displaying or advertising with consent (adult content ) Anything a tweeter publishes should be content regardless how the users uses the platform

Who cares about that which worries you?
