Unfortunately, that does let the FBI or Comey and McCable off the hook. Hiding the '302' for 7 months, clearly shows an intent to hide the fact there was no clear factual basis to even interview Flynn. The 'Logan Act' suggestion was a joke. The 302 will confirm he was not lying.
