An engineer is suing Twitter due to a u-turn on remote work instituted by Elon Musk in one of his first moves after he purchased the embattled company.

A former Twitter employee with a disability has mounted a class action suit against the company.In the lawsuit, he also claimed that promises that were made when Musk bought Twitter were not kept.

in a San Francisco federal court on Wednesday, said in the complaint that his disability prevents him from working in the office. He claimed that the company had violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Fair Housing and Employment Act after he was promised that he could continue working remotely as Musk sought to purchase the company.
