The only items that will help the oil patch is pipelines

Why not use Federal authority granted by the Constitution and build pipelines, so that unsafe rail transport can be reduced, and so that Canada can obtain world market prices for the oil ?
Canada needs pipelines. It’s that simple. Between Indians, liberals and Quebec that’s not going to happen. Solution, stop paying taxes to Ottawa, equalization payments to Quebec and stop funding Indians, it’s time they joined the real world.
