The Italian villa-style estate, which spans roughly 8,200 square feet, is located in the Stratford Hills areaA cliff-side home in Austin, Texas, is being shopped around off-market for $21 million.

The seller is retired psychiatrist Deborah Peel, who bought the property in 1992 with her late husband, John “Larry” Peel, according to public records. Mr. Peel, a real-estate developer, died in 2019, according to Dr. Peel.
