More than 600 people currently work at the facility

will take over logistics at the facility on Memory Lane in Springettsbury Township.

Comprehensive Logistics officials said that the immediate focus is on transitioning current employees in December at Harley-Davidson’s facility on Memory Lane. The company said it is implementing a “strategic York-centric recruiting plan” that is focused on current employee retention and staffing up in 2023 to add a significant number of jobs in the York area.

Syncrenon said in the WARN notice that it plans to shut down its operation at this location where 637 people work. Syncrenon said in the WARN notice that Harley-Davidson notified its company, that the motorcycle manufacturer planned to transition a majority of the employees at this operation to another a third-party logistics provider. The employees will no longer work for Syncrenon beginning on or about December 16.
