What about seniors that have a disability but only collect a pension?

yes but revamp BC housing, programs like NAHS to stop bullying these tenants & treating us like second class citizens. We deserve to live in peace, & have respect like & any BC citizen & not be threatened over eviction for being disabled.

Only party left in BC that seems to have a real leader! Not someone just looking for more power.

Most people don't want to live in public housing. They want to own a home of their own. Government should be focusing on that aspiration that most people have.

Yes how can one rent at 375 a month

There’s no such thing as non market housing but government can subsidize market housing. 😆

NDP in a nutshell: Take away money from people who are saving for a downpayment and give that money to people who never learned how to save money and be responsible.

Oh, so more taxes and more inflation? Let's do it!

We need more housing for families. We need to incurage families locally and how to put to work those who a dependent on the government assistance.

Yes, but where is the money going to come from? They never have that part of the equation. All tax payers are stretched at the moment.

Why not just public housing like we used to build? That worked

Why are people so obsessed and happy to have government build and own housing which people will have to rent from them for eternity as a solution? Being stuck renting a shitty government apartment my whole life isn’t what I’d ask for when it comes to affordable housing
