Costco has previously said that it only provides details about new store a few months from opening. Itsa new Costco will open in Queen Creek in January of 2023 but does not list a Buckeye location yet. Phoenix Commercial Advisors, the brokerage representing the landlord, SIHI, said in an email response to the Business Journal that more tenants are in the works for the shopping center but have not been finalized.Just west of Buckeye Commons across Verrado Way, SIHI marketing materials show the developer is also proposing to build a smaller retail center called Buckeye Commons West.
