Is Dallas-based Provident diversifying its parcHaus brand's portfolio?

Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors Inc. is planning to develop a 330-unit multifamily project in New Braunfels, due to break ground in February, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

ParcHaus’ online list of communities consists exclusively of single-family rental properties, indicating that the New Braunfels project, called Oak Run Apartments, may be the company’s first multifamily venture under the parcHaus brand. According to the TDLR listing, the development will include three garden-style, four-story multifamily buildings with tuck-under garages, surface parking, a fitness center, pool and dog park. It also notes a turnaround by January 2025.
