Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is getting really close to opening its next Valley location. phoenix

Called SeventyOne15, the mid-rise community was built at 7115 E. McDowell Road on 5.11 acres, according to Vizzda.to an entity tracing to PGIM Real Estate for $255.1 million, according to Vizzda LLC.The 181-unit LivGenerations Mayo Blvd, 6650 E. Mayo Blvd., Phoenix, sold for $64.82 million.The 141-unit LivGenerations Ahwatukee at 15815 S. 50th St., Phoenix, sold for $31.44 million.

The new facility will be located on the southeast corner of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth roads within the Heritage Town Square commercial center. The ARISE veterinary center's specialists, veterinarians and support staff will start treating cats and dogs on Dec. 8, according to the company. The new center is located at 21419 S. Ellsworth Road.

Leah Huss, a co-owner of Huss Brewing, spent 14 years a co-owner at the original Papago Brewing Company in Scottsdale and helped shape the Valley’s current craft brewery scene. That location eventually closed but Huss Brewing acquired the brewery in 2016 and has continued to make Papago Cherry Blossom beer.

The new full-service restaurant and bar is 4,900 square feet and will offer dine-in, carryout and delivery services, in a freestanding building at Tempe Marketplace at 27 South McClintock Drive, near the corner of East Rio Salado Pkwy and South McClintock Drive in Tempe. It is adjacent to Barrio Queen and The Keg Steakhouse.
