Brandon Card, left, and Jerelyn King opened Grab-N-Go Wholesale four months ago in North Sydney after seeing a need in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. NICOLE SULLIVAN/CAPE BRETON POSTNORTH SYDNEY, N.S. — Business is booming for Grab-n-Go Wholesale in North Sydney.

"We decided to get into this because we saw a need for it in Cape Breton … more so in the CBRM," said Card, 29. Cleaning supplies are also available along with Christmas goodies like ugly sweater cookie decorating kits. "The Cinnabon are usually gone the day after we come back with them," said King."When we go to Costco, we're going around the store with 10 or 11 carts overflowing."Card and King, who are engaged, are keeping the business a family affair for now; their two cashiers are Card's mother Mary Card and his aunt Elizabeth Crawley. Both said it's been very busy since opening day."We definitely appreciate the business," she said.
