Great Panther Mining's deal to sell Peruvian assets to Newrange Gold terminated

No reasons were given. Great Panther runs the Coricancha Mine in Peru.

Coricancha, located in the central Andes of Peru approximately 90 kilometres east of Lima, is a past producing mine which the company acquired in June 2017 and has remained in care and maintenance since then. Great Panther has been under pressure due to production woes announced earlier this year. The company's interim CEO resigned in September.
