On Monday, the company behind the redevelopment, Therme Canada, submitted their detailed plans to the city.

The submission contains plans for a new large park and beach for Toronto’s waterfront and an iconic destination attraction that the company believes will bring millions back to Ontario Place., and our consulting partners, have been working for over a year to reach this important milestone and we’re excited to be taking this step forward today with the Province,” said, Vice President, Communications & External Relations, Therme Canada.

The company says the redevelopment will include a family-friendly experience focused on fun, relaxation, and wellbeing.
