Canadian fashion company La Maison Simons released a promotional video last month titled 'All Is Beauty' promoting the 'beauty' of voluntary euthanasia.

Shoppers wait for the opening of Simons' 16th location at the CF Fairview Pointe Claire in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, on Thursday, May 5, 2022. CEO Bernard Leblanc discussed his first month at the helm of the company, his priorities for the next 12 to 18 months, and why Simons continues to believe in its network of stores when other companies are relying primarily on the web.

The legalization of active euthanasia has proved to be controversial throughout the world, with only seven countries allowing the practice as of 2022. Belgium and who have some of the most permissive euthanasia policies in the world, were the first to legalize MAID in 2002. Fox News's Michael Lee contributed to this report.
